DealerDocket is management software for used-car dealerships: inventory, sales pipeline, credit applications, contracts, collections and messaging through connected channels.
Access is by subscription, and the plan you choose defines which features are available.
02Your responsibility
Keep your credentials safe and answer for whatever is done through your dealership's account.
Enter accurate data and have a legal basis to process the customer data you add.
Use the messaging channels according to each platform's rules and applicable law, including consent rules for commercial messages.
03AI assistant
When enabled, the assistant replies to customers on the dealership's behalf, based on the store's inventory and settings.
The dealership remains responsible for what is said in its name. We recommend reviewing the settings and following the conversations.
04Messaging
Delivery depends on third-party platforms and their rules, including reply windows and message template approval.
We do not guarantee delivery when the block comes from the platform or the recipient.
05Ownership
The software, the brand and the interface are ours. The data a dealership enters remains theirs.
A dealership can export its data while the subscription is active.
06Payment and cancellation
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until canceled.
Missed payment may limit access. We notify you before any block.
07Limits
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any commercial result.
Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
