01How to request
Write to contact@beyow.com with the subject "Data deletion", telling us the email or phone number you used, and which dealership you are a customer of.
If you own a dealership and want the whole account deleted, say so: the effect is different from deleting one person.
We confirm receipt and may ask for a simple verification, so we do not erase someone's data at another person's request.
02What we erase
Your account data, the conversation history linked to you, and the files sent in those conversations.
If the request covers the whole dealership, we erase its operating data: customers, vehicles, deals, applications and messages.
03What stays, and why
Records the law requires us to keep, such as tax documents and financing contracts, for the legal period.
Minimal security records, with no conversation content, used to investigate fraud.
These records are kept isolated and are not used for any other purpose.
04Timeframe
We confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Backup copies are removed in the next rotation cycle, within 90 days.
