# DealerDocket > The operating system for the independent used-car dealership in the United States. > Inventory, sales pipeline, credit applications, BHPH collections and floor plan in > one place, instead of four subscriptions that do not talk to each other. Website: https://dealerdocket.com Application: https://app.dealerdocket.com Slogan: Drive more deals ## Who it is for Independent used-car dealers in the US, from a 20-car owner-operator lot up to a multi-rooftop group. Not built for franchise dealerships, which run CDK, Reynolds or Tekion under multi-year contracts. ## What makes it different Most dealer software reports what the dealership owns. DealerDocket reports what it is costing: days on lot colored by age, gross per unit, floor plan interest and curtailment attached to the car itself rather than to a separate system. Conversation is not a separate tool either. Every lead, message and follow-up lives in the same pipeline screen the salesperson already works in, including WhatsApp, which is the channel that actually matters in the Hispanic US market. ## Pricing Month to month, priced by lot size, in US dollars. | Plan | Price per month | Vehicle limit | For | |---|---|---|---| | Lot | $497 | up to 40 | The owner-operator who is also the salesperson and the bookkeeper | | Pro | $797 | up to 120 | A lot with a couple of salespeople and money borrowed against inventory | | Scale | $1,297 | unlimited | An operation big enough to have a finance manager | Annual billing takes two months off. Consulting and media management are quoted per dealership: setup, data import, WhatsApp and Google Business Profile connection, campaigns written for the dealer, and a weekly call on the numbers. Media management is a base fee plus a percentage of ad spend above the amount the base already covers. A 14-day free trial starts without a card. ## What each plan includes Lot: inventory with cost, gross and days on lot; sales pipeline with WhatsApp; credit applications through a public link; customers, calendar and tasks; reply suggestions, without the AI answering on its own; one user. Pro adds: Dot, the AI that answers and follows up around the clock; BHPH contracts and collections; floor plan with curtailment and interest; Meta campaigns and generated ads; the dealership website; up to 8 users with roles. Scale adds: unlimited users; WhatsApp Cloud for cold outreach; investor report; priority support. The AI starts at Pro on purpose: it is the part that costs us money on every use. ## Interface languages English by default, plus Spanish and Portuguese, chosen per user. Currency stays USD and dates stay MM/DD/YYYY in every language, because a Spanish-speaking dealer in Miami still sells in dollars and signs US paperwork. ## Common questions **Does it replace a DMS?** Yes. It is a DMS plus a CRM plus the marketing tools, which is why the comparison is usually against paying for three or four products. **Does it handle buy here pay here?** Yes, from the Floor plan up: contracts, installments, collections and delinquency. **Does it work on a phone?** Yes, it is a web app built mobile-first, so it runs in the browser on any device without an install. **Can more than one location use it?** Yes, on the Group plan. ## Contact hello@dealerdocket.com
